ENA has a carefully implemented network for sourcing high-quality candidates in the United Kingdom. Our RNs are not only well trained and highly educated, but are well-screened to ensure their commitment to the rigorous testing and screening processes required of them for employment with U.S. hospitals.

While we recruit on an ongoing basis to provide a steady pool of RNs representing many specialties, ENA also offers the means to tailor a plan specific to the needs of the hospital. We work in partnership with our client hospitals to discover and remedy their particular staffing needs.

To this end, we provide the following services:

• In-depth evaluation screening ensuring that all candidates have the required academic and interpersonal skills.
• Personal visits to client hospital from ENA representatives to meet hospital HR and nursing management teams to build an accurate client profile.
• Individual recruitment campaigns on behalf of ENA clients throughout our recruitment network.
• Organizing and conducting client visits for on-site interviews. Alternatively, video conferencing and telephone interviews can be arranged.
